Support Model
Sleepover / passive overnight support
- All are mobile and require support with all aspects of daily living.
- Support in the home is based on a 4 person arrangement and includes active overnight support.
- Additional support is available as needed, depending on your NDIS funding.
- Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, following allied health professionals plans, intellectual and neurological disabilities, mental health, mealtime and medication management.
- The home offers support based on individual needs.

- Current residents are 2 females and 1 male aged in their 40s-60s.
- All are mobile and require support with all aspects of daily living.
- They are sociable housemates who enjoy shopping, attending BBQs and beach activities.

- Rear covered patio including seating and BBQ, great for entertaining with ramp access to a well maintained fully fenced backyard
- Paved driveway leading to front verandah and house, with a ramp to the backyard
- This home can accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility aids, however the front yard has a considerable slope which could affect mobility
- Highly experienced support staff.
