Inside the property has and multiple break out areas, rumpus, lounge dining and separate lounge as well as covered outdoor area.

Timkelnik House is in an elevated urban setting to catch the breeze, close to parks and nature walks and the transport hub at Victoria Point with Cinemas and Shopping Centres within a short drive to Point Halloran and Redland Bay.

Victoria Point is a great mix of residential, conservation and commercial areas and home to two major retail and business precincts comprising supermarkets, boutique and specialty stores and businesses, a hotel and a medical centre, each with ample parking.

We have two rooms available one room at $230/week, and an ensuite room at $240/week.
