Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
InLife Independent Living is the current SIL provider, with staff on site seven days a week and active overnight support available.
Applicants should have funding for active or inactive overnight supports, depending on their individual needs. Some current residents contribute to overnight support funding, while others do not.
Matching is completed collaboratively with the existing residents and support team to ensure the new tenant fits well with the group. Someone friendly, considerate and open to light social engagement would be ideal.

Housemates
You’ll be joining four men aged between 40 and 65 who each live in their own one-bedroom unit. They value independence, privacy and predictable routines, and are looking for another mature male tenant who appreciates a calm and structured home environment.
Tenants tend to enjoy a balance of independence and occasional social interaction. As with any community living arrangement, there can be general household noise, so someone who is comfortable in a shared environment and not easily triggered by noise would be the best match.
