Why Alicia’s House?

At Alicia’s House, we don’t just build homes — we create welcoming spaces where people with disability can lead lives of choice and comfort. Our homes are co-designed with future residents and built to stay — meaning quality, community, and long-term support are at the heart of everything we do.

With Alicia’s House, you’ll enjoy:

A truly home-like setting shared with just one or two other residents The freedom to choose your own care provider A long-term housing partner who puts people first

What does it cost?

We accept SDA funded participants with High Physical Support (HPS), Fully Accessible (FA), and Improved Livability (IL) funding.

Each resident is required to contribute a Reasonable Rent Contribution (RRC) that is capped by the NDIS and is equivalent to 25% of the Disability Support Pension and Commonwealth Rest Assistance. In 2024/25 the RRC is approximately $230 per week.
