Shared Supports
In-home supports will be delivered by Life Without Barriers, including overnight supports. We will work with you to develop a support plan around your individual needs, goals, and budget.
This home is shared with four other residents. Depending on your requirements, this provides opportunities to share some or all of your supports with your housemates, maximising value for money in your NDIS Plan.
Life Without Barriers can also provide supports for you in the community, or you can choose your own provider.
Who you'd live with
Housemates
Our current mix of male and female residents, aged in their 30s to 40s, are a socially active bunch. They love engaging in group activities, from enjoying music to participating in recreational events in the community, including sporting events. They also have a day program during the week and often enjoy group activities on weekends. Interests range from sports and music to shopping, spending time with friends and family, and attending concerts and musicals.

- There are two bedrooms available which have built-in robes, air conditioning/heating and ceiling hoists.
House information
- This spacious, purpose-built home has been designed to support comfortable and accessible everyday living. It features five bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, along with a fully equipped kitchen offering plenty of bench space for preparing and enjoying meals.
- The home includes multiple bathrooms with accessible features such as stepless showers, grab rails and ceiling hoists. Multiple living areas and dedicated sensory rooms provide a choice of spaces for residents to relax, enjoy activities or spend time together. There is also an internal laundry equipped with a washer and dryer.
- Outside, residents can enjoy a lovely, well-maintained shared garden with an undercover entertaining area, BBQ and inground trampoline. Ramp access provides ease of entry to and from the home, completing this welcoming and thoughtfully designed living environment.

Located in the peaceful suburb of Argenton, this home enjoys a relaxed residential setting with a walking track and Waratah Golf Club directly behind the property, providing a leafy outlook and easy opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. The backyard is securely fenced, offering privacy and separation from the neighbouring recreational areas.
Everyday shopping and entertainment are conveniently close by at Glendale City Centre, home to major supermarkets, Kmart, Target, Event Cinemas and a wide range of specialty stores, dining and services. The nearby Hunter Sports Centre also offers opportunities for sport and recreation.
