These apartments can accommodate NDIS participants eligible for the following SDA design categories:

Improved Livability.

The apartments are situated in the desirable coastal area of Shoreline in North Coogee and are part of a boutique building of 20 apartments, with 15 being SDA units, thoughtfully crafted to provide a comfortable and accessible living environment that includes necessary adaptive features and facilities.

Residents will benefit from the community atmosphere of Shoreline estate and will have access to the common areas available in the area.

The apartments feature provisions for ceiling hoists and other assistive technologies that can be installed by the NDIS participant.

Each apartment is equipped with a second bedroom and bathroom for family, carers, or guests, as well as an allocated car bay and storeroom.
