- He enjoys being included in everyday moments, loves a good chat, and appreciates both shared activities and quiet time.
- Lewis can be vocal and animated at times, so his ideal housemate is comfortable with a bit of noise and enjoys a lively atmosphere.
- He is also sensitive to loud music, so mutual respect around sound is important.
- Lewis attends a day program during the week and spends every second weekend with his family — meaning you’ll have the home to yourself on those weekends.

This purpose-built Robust SDA home offers a mix of privacy and connection, with dedicated personal and shared spaces throughout.
Key features include:
- Two resident bedrooms, each with a private ensuite (shower and bath) and private living room
- Shared kitchen, breakout room, hallway and laundry
- Internal-access single garage
- Fully fenced rear yard with alfresco outdoor area
- Staff room with kitchenette and private ensuite for OOA staff
The layout is ideal for two residents who benefit from structured support and well-defined personal space, while still enjoying shared time together.
Extras
- A shared vehicle owned by Lewis’s family is available at the home. If you’d like to use it, you’re welcome to contribute to the monthly cost — this arrangement worked well with Lewis’s previous housemate.
- You’ll have the home to yourself every second Friday and Saturday when Lewis is with his family.
