Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
Our experienced disability support workers receive specialised training to ensure they deliver personalised, high quality support. All employees are fully trained in the following, with additional coaching provided as needed:
- Personal assistance – such as dressing, eating and bathing.
- Daily living – such as meal preparation, shopping and cleaning.
- Positive Behaviour Support and/or intervention strategies.
- Health management.
- First aid.

Housemates
This home supports four residents aged between 36 and 65+. Housemates enjoy spending time together, whether that’s socialising, sharing meals, or welcoming friends and family into the home. It’s an active and social environment where people feel connected, supported, and part of a community.
