Millar House is a 24/7 supported accommodation home offering 4 bedrooms (5 th bedroom for staff office/sleepovers), 2 fully accessible wet bathrooms, spacious living areas and inground pool. The vacant bedroom is perfect for a participant requiring high physical supports, the bedroom is generous size with private access to fully accessible wet bathroom. The bedroom also has a ceiling hoist already installed.

Located in Arundel the house is just a short walk to the local shopping centre, tavern, transport and local amenities.

This contemporary low set brick home currently has 3 clients in residence with 1 room vacant and available for SIL applicants, the room is suitable for high care support. The house is comfortable and spacious with a large family and dining area, formal lounge, outdoor areas with BBQ and Pool access.

With 24/7 on site support, the home is fully furnished in all communal areas. Each resident furnishes their own room including individualised aids and equipment where necessary. In addition to the 24/7 (sleepover) supports, each resident has access to individualised morning and afternoon personal care and wellbeing.

Regular community access and activity shifts, shopping and health appointments, leisure and religious outings. Having fun is always on the calendar with weekly activities include Karaoke and trivia nights at the local club, BBQs and movie nights, fishing and daily walks.

A trial stay or NDIS short term accommodation approval can be arranged to stay, meet the other residents and assess your compatibility and suitability in this share environment. Our focus is always on maintaining a happy, healthy and active home for all participants.

You and your partner, carer or family member are welcome to visit and view the property on any day. The Millar House Team Leader is available weekdays to support your visit and provide further information about vacancies at the property.
