Support Model
Sleepover / passive overnight support
- Support in the home is based on a 2-person arrangement with additional support as needed.
- Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, intellectual and neurological disabilities, following allied health professionals plans, nutrition and swallowing, medication management, epilepsy, dysphagia support, autism, incontinence and dementia.
- The home offers support based on individual needs and staff are able to undergo specialised customer training where required.
- Inactive overnight sleepover support is required.
