Featuring two generous participant bedrooms, each with a private ensuite and built-in robe, the home creates a welcoming environment where residents can enjoy both autonomy and connection.

At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that encourages social interaction while providing plenty of room to relax. The contemporary kitchen includes a large island bench and flows seamlessly into the communal living space and covered outdoor pavilion, creating multiple areas to gather, entertain or unwind.

Appendix H allows some SDA participants to share their home with a partner, family member, friend or another important person who does not have SDA funding. This provides greater choice in who you live with while still accessing a purpose-built accessible home, subject to NDIA approval. For participants considering an Appendix H arrangement, this home offers additional flexibility.

A dedicated Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) room with its own ensuite and separate access supports peace of mind while maintaining resident privacy.
