Support Model
Sleepover / passive overnight support
- Current staff ratio is 1:3 with sleepover support overnight.
- 1:1 support is available as needed, depending on your NDIS funding.
- Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including personal care, supporting independence, positive behaviour support, active support and person-centred planning.
