The house will be suitable to accommodate 3 SDA/MTA qualifying residents (subject to SDA/MTA funding).

Residents qualifying for High Physical Support, Fully Accessible or Improved Livability in their plan are welcome to apply. However, we can assist you with getting SDA in your plan if you think you might be eligible.

Please note - each house is built automation ready should this be a requirement for the resident.
