Manly House is designed to provide a home for people seeking Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) on the Northern Beaches. Manly House is designed to be suitable for people with high physical support:

  • wheelchair and walking frame friendly (ie no stairs, wider doors, etc)
  • private and discrete rooms, each with private balcony, en suite and tea making area
  • offers independence (eg keep your own SIL) and garden but with 24 hour support if required
  • near beaches, Warringah Mall, bus stops and Norther Beaches Hospital

Manly House will be enrolled as SDA under NDIS and will be ready for occupation in July 2020. If you don't yet have SDA in your NDIS plan, this can take time, so act now.

Application Criteria Manly House is designed for people with SDA support in their NDIS plans. Catholic Care is on site as the SIL provider or bring your own SIL provider to Manly House.
