Customers are supported via a 24-hour security monitor system and any emergency between 11 pm 7 am is attended by emergency services.

This independent villa is suited to a person whoenjoysparticipating in their own activities outside the home and enjoyingtheirown private space. This unique opportunity would suit either a male or female, who is independent and requires minimal support.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

To apply for this vacancy, you must have Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding in your NDIS plan. There will be fees payable to the SIL provider and a rent contribution paid to Hume Housing.
