- Staff have a wide range of skills including positive behaviour support, personal care, person centred active support, intellectual and neurological disabilities, following health professional plans, mealtime management, medication management, epilepsy, dysphagia support, incontinence, dementia and mental health.
- Staff have been supporting the long term and offer support based on individual needs.
