Combining a unique independent living model with dedicated support spaces, the home offers a balance of personal autonomy and responsive assistance when needed. The development is currently under construction and is due for completion in Q2 2026.

The floor plan has been designed around two separate living environments connected by shared support infrastructure. The property features a two-bedroom Robust house operating under an independent living model, complemented by a separate one-bedroom Robust villa. Each resident enjoys their own private bedroom and bathroom, while dedicated living and dining areas provide comfortable spaces to relax, entertain and enjoy daily life. The inclusion of separate kitchens and living zones promotes choice, privacy and compatibility between residents. A centrally located breakout room and multi-purpose room provide additional retreat spaces, supporting emotional regulation, personal wellbeing and flexibility in daily routines.

An Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) arrangement has been incorporated into the design, ensuring support can be accessed when required while maintaining resident independence. The home also includes emergency planning measures and a fire sprinkler system to enhance safety and peace of mind for residents, families and support networks.
