How we'll support daily life
Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
Support is coordinated according to each person’s NDIS plan and is delivered across the site, rather than within each home individually.
The model includes:
- A shared model of active and overnight support across the site
- Consistent teams who take time to understand each person’s routines and preferences
- Clinical oversight and support for higher needs where required
- Daily supports planned and reviewed to align with individual goals and funding
Before someone moves in, time is taken to understand routines, health needs and personal preferences. Equipment, support and appointments are planned in advance so support fits into daily life.
Compatibility between people is considered carefully, including routines, communication styles and support needs, to support a comfortable shared living environment.
The home is intended for people with higher physical support needs related to mobility and daily care and may suit some Fully Accessible participants where this model is a good fit.
The accommodation and support model is not designed for situations where behaviours of concern are incompatible with shared living.
