An On-site Shared Support provider will provide 24/7 on-site shared support service to tenants of the apartments.

How much does it cost to live in these apartments?

The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Liverty Housing. In addition, you must pay a reasonable rent contribution, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension received, plus 25% of any pension supplement received, plus 100% of any Commonwealth Rent Assistance you receive (or equivalent).
