This 13 storey residential complex integrates 10 specially designed two-bedroom rental apartments within the larger complex of 67 luxury units.

A dedicated onsite overnight support team based out of a separate, dedicated apartment, is alerted to tenant needs via a personal device, fob pendant, wall button or voice automation. This, along with smart-home technologies, have finally made the dream a reality for those with disability, providing an independent lifestyle once thought impossible.

Each apartment offers the highest level of accessibility with smart-home features; generous, open plan living spaces are framed by floor-to-ceiling glass that floods the home with natural light, while expansive terraces seamlessly extend the interiors to the outdoors. Height adjustable benchtops and a score of other thoughtful design features make the kitchens a joy for meal prep, and each accessible bedroom includes a smartly finished ensuite with similar functionality; a state-of-the-art split cycle air conditioning system provides the apartment with year round comfort.
