What made the Daily Life poor was: No Structure or Routine, staff rostered on for over 24-hour shifts, no activities, very casually run, best to avoid, do not give more or extra funding when asked, services promised and not given, dishonest, double check invoices. Participant began self-harm at this property with this provider and had never done this before. No mealtimes, or any kind of routine for sleep or getting up in the morning, medications given hours too late, poor management, making mental health and physical health worse, did more damage than good, participant destabilised even more by being told it was not his home. Made to feel he had no rights. Used large amounts unprescribed medications to sedate participant. Owner actually lives overseas but lies and pretends he is in NSW Best suited for: anyone who wants to be neglected and abused basically no one on NDIS that needs support of any kind and no one vulnerable and need to trust those being paid to take care of you. This is the Faulty Towers of NDIS SIL houses, unfortunately doing damage that takes a very long time to undo if at all.
