The Place For Belonging

Theplaceforbelonging - this company are very unprofessional. Poor management They lack integrity. They don't respect the client's care plan. They lack knowledge about the client's care and rights. Client's choices are taken away, for eg. you cannot sleep in. The staff and manager make inappropriate comments. There is no privacy. Their not honest people. They thrive on being abusive to clients and families. The staff and manager are controlling. Their actual care factor is zero when it comes to the less fortunate. They pretend to care. The manager is not as nice as what she appeared in the beginning. They use unathorised restrictive practices for eg. they don't allow the participant to go to the letterbox or to sleep in. The staff had no training on the participant's care plan. Communication from the managers was abusive and threatening. There were incidents that occured that were falsely documented and changed to make the participant and family member carry the blame. Going with this service provider was the biggest mistake. Please do your research before choosing a provider. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone requiring care/accomodation.
