Staff were arrogant(thinking they were the priority ), ignorant (unaware of Aged Care rules and client issues), uncaring (they put 2 older and significantly disabled people through hell), incompetent (failed to provide needed services but left a huge amount of money in accounts which could be lost), dishonest (blamed others for mistakes and failed to tell the truth; sorry was beyond them.)”
