Best suited for: Airbnb as it is what it is usually used for, beautiful house but that's all it is, definitely not a suitable STA, don't waste your funding on this company, they do not deliver what they promised.
DO NOT USE THIS DANGEROUS STA
What made the Staff poor was: Unqualified, do not speak English, possibly backpackers, used Google translate to communicate poorly.
What made the Daily Life poor was: No routine, no structure, no mealtimes, no activities for STA, medications given late, poor medication management, overdosed with PRN, takes over 4 hours for an ambulance to get there.
What made the Communication poor was: Extremely poor, poor English, said they had the staff with the right qualifications after given FCA and other reports but the staff did not even have first aid ability.
What made the Safety poor was: Participant suffered 3rd degree burns whilst waiting for ambulance, support worker did not know how to help participant who was frustrated that the support workers did not speak English and wanted help.
He was just made more and more upset by support workers not able to communicate and continually ignoring him being on their devices. Also eating his food without asking.
Provider tried to force participant to move from main house to a cabin against his wishes, trying to take his belongings and move them after he had gone to hospital from being told he could not stay in the house any longer. Eventually got his belongings out with old support worker, the provider then tried to accuse independent support worker of stealing other items from the property. Provider also had support worker obstructed by cleaners and maintenance people there setting up for the Airbnb trying to prevent him moving participants belongings off the property away from controlling provider trying to force participant to stay in inappropriate cabin in the woods after being told no.
