This recently built home is located adjacent to the beautiful Yokine Reserve with direct access to the parkland pathways. The home is designed and reserved for people requiring fixed term high-level support, who want to build daily living skills and confidence so they can transition into a permanent home, or work towards living more independently.

There are accessible kitchen and laundry facilities, to encourage capacity building and independence.

You may be eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding – Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) which will assists you to access SDA housing. In addition, you may need additional supports funded under Supported Independent Living (SIL) or Daily Living Supports. This funding is for assistance with any personal support and accommodation-related community access such as shopping and medical appointments. Alternatively you may be in receipt of a compensation payment such as a Catastrophic Injury Scheme.
