It is situated close to shopping centres, medical facilities, and community support. We are seeking one female housemate, who enjoys living independently with support on hand, who will get on with the current, female housemate. This spacious home features:

• 3 bedrooms inclusive fans and air conditioning
• Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of bench space and storage
• Combined, open plan lounge & dining room
• One bathroom with grab rails, stepless shower
• Internal laundry with washer and dryer
• Large, fully fenced backyard

Application Criteria On-site day support staff and sleepover shift at night. All staff have current First Aid and medication training. Regular household safety checks are conducted. We have an emphasis on a healthy lifestyle, with a focus on fresh, unprocessed foods. The staff enjoy preparing and cooking delicious meals with the help of the housemates. Life Without Barriers will conduct a screening and suitability assessment to ensure housemates are compatible.

• You are aged 18 years or over.
• You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL).
• You have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign (or for a representative to sign) a service and accommodation agreement.
