Shared Supports
In-home supports will be delivered by Life Without Barriers, including overnight supports. We will work with you to develop a support plan around your individual needs, goals, and budget.
This home is shared with two other residents. Depending on your requirements, this provides opportunities to share some or all of your supports with your housemates, maximising value for money in your NDIS Plan.
Life Without Barriers can also provide supports for you in the community, or you can choose your own provider.
Who you'd live with
Housemates
The two current housemates are young men in their late teens who have known each other and shared a home for many years. One is completing school this year, while the other finished school last year. They enjoy an active and engaging lifestyle, with interests including cycling and getting involved in cooking activities at home.

- We have one bedroom available with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating.
House information
- This modern, low-maintenance home offers comfortable and practical living, with three well-sized bedrooms featuring built-in wardrobes and an ensuite to the main bedroom. Ceiling fans and split-system air conditioning throughout the bedrooms and living areas help keep the home comfortable year-round.
- The light-filled, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area creates a welcoming space for everyday living, with an easy flow to the outdoor areas. The contemporary galley-style kitchen offers ample storage, a dishwasher and modern appliances. The home also features two bathrooms, including a main bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience.
- Outside, a covered patio provides a relaxed space to enjoy the fresh air or spend time with housemates and visitors. A secure, low-maintenance yard with established greenery completes the outdoor space, while a double garage with internal access provides additional convenience.

Located in the established residential suburb of Durack, this home offers a peaceful setting with shopping, healthcare, transport and green spaces all within easy reach.
For everyday essentials, Durack Village Shopping Centre is nearby, while the larger Palmerston Shopping Centre provides access to supermarkets, specialty stores, cafés and a range of services. Palmerston Regional Hospital and other local healthcare services are also within convenient reach.
Durack is known for its leafy surrounds, with local parks, walking paths and open spaces providing plenty of opportunities to get outdoors, enjoy a leisurely walk or spend time with family and friends.
