- At the front of the home is a living room for welcoming guests and sitting together to socialise.
- There is also a large open plan kitchen and dining area connected to another living room at the rear of the house.
- There are two fully accessible bathrooms as well as an additional powder room with toilet and hand basin.
- There are wheelchair accessible paths throughout the backyard that lead to BBQ facilities in the undercover alfresco area.
- There is air-conditioning and heating and capacity for installation of a ceiling hoist.
- The residents attend day program Monday to Friday, as well as other supported Community Participation.
