We are seeking a new housemate, male or female, to occupy the spacious detached 4 th bedroom. This versatile room

offers the perfect balance of privacy and freedom, with the security of trained staff located within the main house. Ideal for someone who values both independence and a supportive environment.

Key Features:

Main House: Three well-sized bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, and a modern bathroom (currently tenanted).

Detached 4 th Bedroom: Located in the garden, this spacious retreat boasts exposed beams, a brand-new accessible bathroom, and split system air conditioning. This room could easily be transformed into a self-contained granny flat (STCC) with the right modifications.

Pet-Friendly Environment: Ideal for animal lovers, with the option to live with animals.

Eligibility Requirements:

SIL Funding Required: To be eligible, you must have Assistance in Supported Independent Living funding. In some cases, Flexible Core funding may be considered until SIL funding is approved.

Support Ratio: We operate on a 1: 3 support ratio with passive overnight support, offering flexibility based on individual needs.
