Housemates
Our tenants are encouraged to suggest people who they want to share with and we work closely with them to determine if this match can work, in relation to both parties' preferences and their support needs. We work with their Home and Living (SIL) Provider as well to ensure that their support provision and service model matches with the tenants' support needs. We discuss potential matches as a group and all parties must agree that the person may be a match before progressing with tenancy arrangements.
