Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
Our experienced disability support workers receive specialised training to ensure they deliver personalised, high quality support. All employees are fully trained in the following, with additional coaching provided as needed:
- Personal assistance – such as dressing, eating and bathing.
- Daily living – such as meal preparation, shopping and cleaning.
- Positive Behaviour Support and/or intervention strategies.
- Health management.
- First aid.

Housemates
This is a separate unit from the main house. Residents in the main house enjoy spending time with others, and there may be opportunities to join them for a shared meal now and then, if you choose.
