Whether you enjoy sharing a home with others or would prefer a place entirely your own, there are different living options to explore.

Choose the home that suits you

The Hamlyn Terrace development will include:

Two 3-bedroom homes

One private 1-bedroom villa

Looking for a home of your own? This individual villa offer your own private living space with no housemates, giving you greater choice over your home environment and everyday routines.

Across the four homes, there will be seven SDA vacancies available.

The development will welcome people of different genders, with shared living arrangements considered carefully based on each person’s needs, preferences and compatibility.

These are beautiful new homes designed to bring together accessibility, comfort and contemporary living.

Purpose-built to meet Improved Liveability and High Physical Support SDA design requirements, the homes will provide accessible spaces that can support different mobility needs, routines, preferences and supports.
