Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
Our experienced disability support workers receive specialised training to ensure they deliver personalised, high quality support. All employees are fully trained in the following, with additional coaching provided as needed:
- Personal assistance – such as dressing, eating and bathing.
- Daily living – such as meal preparation, shopping and cleaning.
- Positive Behaviour Support and/or intervention strategies.
- Health management.
- First aid.

Housemates
This house is shared by two men, one in his late 40s and one in his late 50s. Both enjoy socialising and taking part in group activities, while also valuing their own space. It would suit someone who is comfortable sharing a home with others who may not always choose to socialise.
