This newly built SDA home has been purpose-designed under the High Physical Support category for participants who need a home that is accessible, supportive, and designed to work with assistive equipment while still feeling comfortable and non-clinical.

The home includes two private participant bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Both bathrooms feature step-free showers, slip-resistant flooring, and reinforced walls to support grab rails or equipment. Each bedroom includes ceiling hoist provision, certified for 250 kg load capacity, making it easier to install hoisting equipment in the future without major building work.

Living areas are open and simple to move through, with wide doorways (950 mm clear opening), step-free internal access, and slip-resistant flooring specified throughout the home. Light switches and power points are positioned consistently to make daily routines simpler and easier to manage. Zoned reverse cycle air-conditioning, emergency power backup, and high-speed internet are included as standard.
