Eligibility: To apply, tenants will need to have (or be likely to obtain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS) or Improved Liveability (IL).

Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will contribute the Reasonable Rent Contribution (25% of the Disability Support Pension or equivalent) plus 100% of Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
