- This development consists of two three-bedroom houses, designed to meet Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) standards for IL/FA and HPS categories.
- The provisions to install hoists to bedrooms and upgrade to automatic doors have been included in this design.
- All bedrooms come with private ensuites and are centered around a roomy, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area.
- Plus, sliding doors in the lounge open up to a leafy garden and verandah, giving residents a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for communal or private moments.
- The provisions to install hoists to bedrooms and to upgrade doors to open automatically, have been included in this design and can be installed as per participant support and funding requirements.
