Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
Our experienced disability support workers receive specialised training to ensure they deliver personalised, high quality support. All employees are fully trained in the following, with additional coaching provided as needed:
- Personal assistance – such as dressing, eating and bathing.
- Daily living – such as meal preparation, shopping and cleaning.
- Positive Behaviour Support and/or intervention strategies.
- Health management.
- First aid.

The current residents in this home are one male and female aged in their 20’s and 60’s. The enjoy a calm, social and respectful household environment. Residents enjoy a range of interest including music, movies, crafts, social outings and spending time together at home, while also valuing their own personal space and independence.
