This high physical support home offers a modern build with each bedroom having its own ensuite for added privacy, as well as spacious rooms for accessible living. Split system air conditioning has been installed throughout all bedrooms within the house and large rocker switches installed for ease of use. With an Overnight Onsite Accommodation room at the front of the house, participants can rest assured they have support available to them 24/7.

ADAPT Housing are seeking Expressions of Interest from SDA participants or families with Improved Livability, Fully Accessible or High Physical Support in their NDIS plan. Please note that in line with Adapt's model, the minimum SDA funding amount is flexible and subject to the property owner and the unique situation of each applicant.
