This 3 Bedroom + OOA SDA High Physical Support Home nestled in the beautifully designed Shiralee estate in Orange NSW. This home is sure to please with large bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms which will ensure residents can enjoy their own space or engage socially with their co-residents.

This SDA High Physical Support Home is currently under construction and is nearing completion. With an anticipated completion time at the end of July 2026. No SIL Provider is currently attached to this SDA Project, and we are open to receiving SDA Expressions of Interest from both SIL Providers and SDA Participants.

This home has been architecturally co-designed with People with a Disability to ensure that all fixtures, fittings and home inclusions will meet a wide range of support requirements for a diverse range of residents.

Orange has many entertainment, recreational and sporting attractions to offer including an amazing Food & Wine festival.

Located close to Orange Health Service, Phillip Shaw Winery, Hawkes Dam and Gosling Creek along with close proximity to the main distributor which will take you easily into the Orange CBD for shopping, hospitality, cafes and supermarkets.
