Support Model
Sleepover / passive overnight support
- Support in the home is based on a 4 person arrangement and includes inactive overnight support.
- Additional support is available as needed, depending on your NDIS funding.
- Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, following allied health professionals plans, intellectual and neurological disabilities, mental health, mealtime and medication management.
- The home offers support based on individual needs.

- The current residents are 4 females’ aged 50-60 years.
- They enjoy shopping, movies, arts & crafts, eating out, socialising and spending time outdoors.
