These are 6 Apartments in one Building where each apartment has one bedroom available for participant and the other bedroom for Onsite overnight assistance (OOA).

We offer individualized support for South Australians living with a disability. Our newly built SDA apartments are built for 100% accessibility, comfort and allowing you to make connections in your social group.

These apartments are:

High Physical Support European designed kitchens with adjustable benchtops Individually zoned air conditioning Engineered-stone benchmark and splash back Communal and accessible rooftop garden, sky terrace, & BBQ facilities with panoramic views of Adelaide.

We highly believe in compatibility and creating a home-like atmosphere. At Care Assure, we work with individuals to ensure their needs and demands are met, so they can live a happy life filled with comfort and care.

The neighborhood is very quiet and close to the shopping centers, local restaurants and recreational parks.

Important Information: The apartments will be under an NDIS funding arrangement with Care Assure. To be eligible for this vacancy, the prospective tenants must have an NDIS plan and be eligible for the required supports.
