Ability Homes Australia Ltd has secured the development of a brand new two bedroom high physical support townhouse centrally located on the Mornington Peninsula, in Safety Beach. This home will be is currently within the town planning application and is due to commence construction in March 2023, and be completed by September 2023.
At present, we are taking expressions of interest from participants that have a want and desire to live on the Peninsula. AHA Ltd is not affiliated with any SIL provider, this decision is solely made by the incoming participants.
The home has been designed and developed according to the SDA Design Guidelines, with further amendments available to suit the needs of the participant where required.
