Challenge will provide you with 24/7 support staff, including overnight sleepovers or active support. Our staff are committed to providing you with a high level of support to develop and build life skills, including personal care, budgeting, shopping, cooking, maintaining the living environment, and social skills. We will encourage you to be active in the local community.

The available vacancy is ideally suited for you if you’re a female aged between 25 and 35 years, who is semi-independent and enjoys socialising and pampering. You’ll be sharing this lovely home with two other females who have similar interests, making it a perfect environment for camaraderie and mutual support.
Both girls enjoy shopping, whether that be online or at the shops, and listening to music. One enjoys meeting new people, while the other likes make-up and skincare products. Both girls enjoy their personal space, but also enjoy doing household activities as a group.
This home is designed to cater to your support needs with a high level of care and attention. During the day, you’ll benefit from a 1:2 and 1:1 support ratio, ensuring personalised and focused assistance whenever you need it. At night, there is a 1:3 active overnight support to provide peace of mind and immediate help if necessary.
