Sleepover / passive overnight support
- Due to the nature of support needs within this home, there is approved restricted access to the kitchen.
- Staff have a wide range of skills including positive behaviour support, high physical support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, mental health, intellectual and neurological disabilities, mealtime management, nutrition and swallowing, advanced first aid, medication management, dysphagia support, epilepsy, autism, incontinence and are experienced in implementing allied health professional plans.
- Staff have supported this home long term, will undergo specialised customer training where required and can offer support based on individual needs.
