- Applicants will need to have SDA – High Physical Support funding in their NDIS plan.
- Support is tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
- Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including medication, active support, human rights and specialised customer training where required.
Who you'd live with
Housemates
- The current residents are males, aged 55-65.
- They enjoy socialising, TV, camping, music, sports, and tinkering with cars.

Standard inclusions
- Three participant bedrooms each with their own private oversized bathroom (and a separate carer’s/OOA bedroom and bathroom)
- Separate living room, family room and outdoor room to maximise living space and privacy when having friends or family over
- Assistive technology throughout, controlled by an iPad or voice control provided in each room (or any preferred device already owned by the participant)
- Automatic doors and blinds
- Tesla backup power wall and solar panels
- Fully adjustable electric kitchen bench with integrated induction cooktop
- High-end appliances (washing machine, dryer, microwave, cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher) and accessible side-opening oven with pull out resting drawer
