Ability Homes Australia Ltd has secured the development of 2 single bedroom Robust SDA's that both include a breakout room and provisions for an OOA.
We are now taking expressions of interest for this property for all participants and SIL providers that may have an interest in this property. The property is anticipated to be completed by September 2023.
In order for us to appropriately design these properties we require an understand of the robust participants that the homes are going to be provided to so that we can adapt our designs according the needs of the individual.
The current design is a side by side duplex with dual access and no shared common property, designed to the current SDA design standards to a Class 3 level, with fire sprinklers included.
Both townhouses have ample backyard space for appropriate AT equipment, the design is based on an open plan design with multiple egress points for staff safety.
