  • Support is tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
  • Staff bring a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, manual handling training, personal care, person-centred active support, mental health, intellectual and neurological disabilities, mealtime management and medication management.
  • Staff also follow allied health professional plans to ensure care is consistent and coordinated.
