This newly completed SDA home has been purpose-built for participants who need high physical support, genuine accessibility, and long-term stability.

The home has been independently assessed and certified at Final-As-Built stage, giving confidence that everything has been built to the High Physical Support standard.

The layout has been designed to feel calm, practical, and easy to move through. Three private participant bedrooms are positioned to provide both independence and privacy, and each bedroom includes its own fully accessible ensuite. This creates a comfortable living environment where participants can enjoy personal space while still being supported when needed.

The main living area is open and welcoming, connecting directly to the kitchen and outdoor space with step-free access throughout the home. Every part of the layout has been planned to support everyday living – from the way the rooms connect, to the accessible kitchen and circulation spaces that make moving around easier and less stressful.

The home has also been designed with future needs in mind. Structural provision has been included for ceiling hoists in participant bedrooms, along with emergency power and

assistive-technology readiness, so the home can continue to support participants long term.
