Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
Our experienced disability support workers receive specialised training to ensure they deliver personalised, high quality support. All employees are fully trained in the following, with additional coaching provided as needed:
- Personal assistance – such as dressing, eating and bathing.
- Daily living – such as meal preparation, shopping and cleaning.
- Positive Behaviour Support and/or intervention strategies.
- Health management.
- First aid.

Housemates
This home is shared by two women aged 59 and 61, who prefer a quiet and calm living environment. They enjoy spending time together watching TV shows, attending day programs, baking, and playing music.

Home Features The vacant room is a large front bedroom with its own ensuite, making it well suited to people with complex support needs. There’s also an additional shared bathroom and two separate lounge rooms, offering flexible shared and quiet spaces. The kitchen benchtops can be lowered, and the home is designed to support wheelchair access throughout. All rooms have split‑system air conditioning, and each bedroom includes double blinds for comfort and privacy.
