Housemates
We understand how important it is for tenants to feel comfortable and supported in their home environment. When matching housemates, we prioritise compatibility, shared interests, and individual support needs. Prospective tenants are given the opportunity to meet and get to know potential housemates before moving in. This process may include informal meet-and-greets, support team discussions, and trial visits where appropriate. Our goal is to ensure all housemates feel safe, respected, and at home. We work closely with participants, their families, and support coordinators to ensure the right fit for everyone involved. Housemate selection is always participant-led, with support where needed.
